Doesn’t miss out on Apple’s cash camal
UK accessory maker Belkin today sent out word that it will be the first to market with two brand new 3rd party accessories for Apple devices using the new Lightning connector.
The car charger and “charge and sync” dock will both be available to pre-order from the 7th of November at Belkin.co.uk with order being fulfilled from “mid November”
The car charger features a built in 10W transformer, making it suitable for use on all “Lightning” equiped devices, including the new iPads. It also features over-voltage protection and is certified for use with iOS devices.
The “Charge + Sync Dock” requires you to provide your own Lightning connector, but does offer a foldaway auxiliary jack (no word on how that connects to anything, we assume it’s for the iPod Shuffle). It’s also case compatible and features a removable magnetic base for easy attachment.
Both devices will be priced around £24.99.
