Connect to your PC, or Android device via micro-USB
It’s a little known fact that a lot of Android devices can read from an external USB stick or hard disk, providing you have a cable that will connect to the devices micro-USB port.
Kingston seem to have spotted a hole in the market with this one, and developed a USB memory stick that can connect not only to PC’s and Macs, but to mobile devices as well.
I’ve only been sent a tiny image to work with thus far, but the DT Micro-Duo is a dual connector USB memory stick that’s small enough to tie on to a lanyard or key fob, allowing you up to 64GB of extra storage on the go.
No word on pricing as of yet, but Kingston have one in the post for me to take a look at, so watch this space.
